Project Launch – From Proof of Concept to Real-World Application
As part of a project funded by the German Federal Environmental Foundation (DBU), QuiMo GmbH is developing a certified prototype for real-world use. The project builds on an already validated proof of concept, which is now being further refined and tested under real operating conditions.
From the Initial Idea to Real-World Application
At the core of the project is the further development of the existing technological solution into a robust prototype ready for certification. This process takes into account both technical optimisations and the requirements of future real-world use. The goal is a solution that can be deployed reliably in practical operating environments.
Working with Strong Partners
The development is being carried out in close collaboration with key partners from the construction and infrastructure sectors. The industry association VDBUM is supporting the project with technical expertise and helps facilitate knowledge transfer between development and application. In addition, major construction companies such as STRABAG, ZECH, and LEONHARD WEISS contribute their practical experience and provide valuable insights into real operating scenarios.
This close cooperation between research, development, and industry ensures that the prototype being created is not only technologically innovative, but also meets the demands of real-world application.
